We provide ice, cups, water, and soda beverages upon request. Premium drink packages may be included upon request. Most accommodations can be made with a reasonable notice of time. Note: On our Tampa & Miami excursions, complementary drinks are provided only one way to the destination. R & B Thursday's/ Karaoke on Wheels Wednesday's complementary drinks last the duration of the trip.

HSE PARTY EXPRESS would like to make the ride a very comfortable experience for all riders. With that being said, we do not allow any type of smoking or vaping on the bus. Any smoking on the bus will cause for an immediate termination of the trip.

Your remaining balance is due at the time of arrival of the party bus. This can be paid in cash, Zelle, or charged to a credit card.

There are three different drink packages that can be included with your trip. The additional charge is not included with the basic hourly rental rate. You must call or email for a quote. The premium package also includes the use of Karaoke with your rental.

We include a cleaning fee in the rental cost if the party bus is left in satisfactory condition. However, if there are damages, bodily fluids, or excess mess left on the bus upon exit, additional charges will apply.

There is a 25% deposit to reserve a private rental. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation of reservation is not made within 48 hours prior to service date. If cancellation is made 48 hours prior to service date a full refund of deposit will be made.

All Private Rental Services cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to date of rental. All other services ( Karaoke Wednesday's, R & B Night, Tampa City Run, and Miami City Run ) must provide cancellation two hours prior to departure for full refund.
